Subscriptions

If you're not satisfied with a new Glow, Glam, or Icon subscription, contact us within 14 days of your first charge for a full refund. Renewal charges are generally non-refundable — cancel any time from Settings' Manage Subscription link before your renewal date to avoid the next charge; access continues until the end of the paid period.

Reimagine credit packs

One-time credit-pack purchases are non-refundable once any credits have been spent on a Reimagine or Mash+ generation. Unused packs may be refunded within 14 days of purchase.

EU consumers — 14-day right of withdrawal

If you reside in the EU/EEA you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first paid period, unless you've explicitly started using premium features. Email us with your account email and the charge in question.
